Summer is coming to an end soon, but you've still got time to cross some things off of your to-do list. You've probably been on your boat a few times, but it's time to try something different and exciting with the warm times we have left. Dining, tow sports, outdoor events and more await you and your vessel!

Here are seven summer boating activities that you need to try ASAP for boatloads of fun!

1. BOAT CAMPING

Want to know the most simplistic way to camp? Sleep on a boat! Whether it's for a night or three, there's no need to pitch a tent or start a fire with tiny twigs. You get to relax while watching the sunset, sleep under the stars and enjoy time away with the family while being close enough to shore.

2. DOCK AND DINE

Food - everyone's favorite thing! Grab some friends and make a day of it! Cruise up to your favorite dockside restaurant for a mouth watering bite or tie up to the dock and grab your food to go. You can find a scenic port or local anchoring spot to enjoy your food. Want to cook yourself? Prep some snacks, grab a cocktail and whip out the grill to cook a delicious afternoon meal.

3. WATERSPORTS

Get yourself on the water this summer by taking up an exhilarating sport. From wake boarding to scuba diving or paddle boarding to tubing - you can do it all. It's refreshing to plunge into the water and find ways to use your boat besides cruising the waterways. But be sure to be safe and have the correct floatation devices, equipment, sunscreen and common sense.

4. SUNRISE AND SUNSET CRUISES

Whether taking place in the morning or night, nature never fails to show you its magic! You can never beat an epic sunset or sunrise over a watery horizon so get out on the boat to celebrate any occasion. If you're not too keen on getting up extra early, the famous green flash (the second of green coloring in the sky) happens more frequently at sunset.

5. ATTEND A SUMMER EVENT

Summertime brings about a lot of opportunities to get outside and try something new in your area! Waterfront concerts, festivals and sporting events are always fun, but arriving by boat spices it up. Find your event, check the nearest marina for availability or roll up at the dock to venues sitting ocean, lake or riverside. Rocking the boat with some onboard tailgating is better than sitting in traffic.

6. FISHING

An Angler adventure seem like a typical one, but regardless if you're on freshwater and saltwater, there's no reason you cannot enjoy the cast. Go big and head offshore to catch some Mahi and wicked Tuna or stay inshore off the banks for some Trout and Flounder. Summer fishing is ready for the taking and you don't want to miss out on some excellent grilling.

7. GOLFING OFF YOUR BOAT

Did you know there are biodegradable golf balls? These babies are made especially for the avid golfer and boater! When the balls hit the water, they even turn into fish food so it's time to grab the clubs and tee up right from the deck. Turn it into a game - winner picks the next destination!
